From start to finish, Kira demonstrated an unparalleled level of service and expertise. He didn't rush and was willing to explain everything in detail, ensuring we understood every step of the process and all the features of our new vehicle. This transparency and patience were truly refreshing. When it came to the financial aspect, Daniel was equally amazing. We were initially hesitant about purchasing the insurance, but Daniel provided an incredible level of detail. I bought a brand-new Lexus RZ450e executive package from Jim Pattison Lexus Northshore on 17-May-2025. Visited different Lexus dealerships prior. Most happy with Jim Pattison Lexus Northshore. That was why I bought my car there. Very happy, smooth, trouble-free experience with the Lexus purchase. Got ceramic paint coating, auto-insurance, vehicle replacement insurance, and trade-in of my used car done all on the same day. Sales manager Farzad A. Jafari (AJ) looked after me very well, got me set up with the new car. I have been very happy with the Lexus. Great driving experience with this fully loaded Lexus. Fantastic Mark Levinson sound system. I strongly recommend this dealership and AJ.

Rarely comes a time where you are exposed to a business environment with team members extending sincerest level of care, passion and dedication in understanding what client's needs are to lead the way in achieving best outcome. Our family's experience at JP Lexus has been nothing but unparalleled level of excellence and professionalism. We recently purchased a car from Farzad (AJ) and the experience was outstanding to say the least. Farzad's calm and polite character, in addition to his continuous commitment dedication to client's needs made us feel at home. Thank you Farzad, truly appreciate it. Alongside of Sales team, is an excellent finance team that explains all options with care to clients and supports them throughout the process. Service team is lead by Kevin, an honest, proactive gentleman that alongside his team go above and beyond in helping clients.
